"We are a team, a family". A fundamental part of our work is the knowledge and integration with the family, the main thing between school and children. This is where emotional formation begins. We make sure that parents, children, siblings and grandparents spend time together and organize activities to meet other families concerned about educating them with the same principles and values.
“Good family education is the backbone of humanism. Its influence is the social resource that allows you to make up for the drawbacks, the wounds, the gaps of parenthood that affect less fortunate children. It is time for fathers and mothers to return from their exile, because they have self-exiled from the education of their children, and to fully reassume their educational role.”
Everest is more than a school – it iss an experience for the whole family. Throughout the year, there are many opportunities to get together for fun and companionship. We want Everest to be a second home for your family, because together we can make the campus a lively place. Here is a list of some of the family events we promote throughout the year:
“The family is also a small Church, a "domestic Church” which… mediates God’s tenderness and mercy. In the family, we imbibe faith with our mother’s milk. When we experience the love of our parents, we feel the closeness of God’s Love.”
Considering that each child is different, and does not come with a manual, we offer monthly lectures focused on education and family, aimed at helping parents and empowering them so that they can cope with the growth and age group of their children.
They are moments to learn more about other families, to exchange experiences and to grow in the most beautiful gift God has given us: being fathers and mothers.
According to the parents’ needs, we make our facilities available for classes, physical activities, lectures and everything else in our power to make family life easier and foster the family integration with the school.
Whether through ballet classes, spiritual formation, technology, cooking ... we always seek to be close to our families. Bring your suggestions and come to Everest too.
